Booking & Reservations

How do I book a ride with Bon Voyage Elite?

You can book in three ways:

  • Online form β€” Click "Book Now" on any page and fill out our quick reservation form. We confirm within 1 hour.
  • Phone β€” Call or text us directly at +1 (760) 208-7571, available 24/7.
  • Email β€” Send your trip details to b.voyage2025@gmail.com.
πŸ’‘ We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance for standard trips, and 48 hours for events or weekly service.
How far in advance should I book?

We recommend the following lead times:

  • Airport transfers: at least 12–24 hours in advance.
  • Hourly service / business trips: 24 hours preferred.
  • Special events (weddings, galas): 3–7 days minimum.
  • Private / weekly service: 48–72 hours in advance.

For last-minute requests, call us directly β€” we'll do our best to accommodate you based on availability.

Will I receive a booking confirmation?

Yes. Once we receive your request, you will get a confirmation email within 1 hour containing all the details of your reservation: date, time, pickup address, vehicle, and driver contact information. If you do not receive a confirmation, please call us at +1 (760) 208-7571.

Can I modify or cancel my reservation?

Yes, modifications and cancellations are accepted:

  • Free cancellation: up to 4 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
  • Late cancellation (under 4h): a fee may apply β€” please contact us directly.
  • No-show: full fare may be charged.

Do you monitor my flight for delays?

Yes. When you provide your flight number at booking, our team tracks your flight in real time. If your flight is delayed or arrives early, your chauffeur adjusts automatically β€” at no extra charge. You will never have to wait or rush.

✈ We recommend always including your flight number when booking an airport pickup.
Where will my driver meet me at the airport?

For arrivals, your chauffeur will be waiting in the arrivals hall holding a sign with your name. You will receive the driver's name and contact number before your flight lands.

For LAX specifically, we meet clients at the designated rideshare / pickup area or at the terminal curb depending on the terminal. Exact instructions are sent with your confirmation.

How much luggage can I bring?

Standard vehicles comfortably accommodate:

  • Luxury Sedan: 2 large suitcases + 2 carry-ons
  • Executive SUV: 3–4 large suitcases + bags
  • Sprinter Van: ideal for groups with large or multiple pieces of luggage

If you have oversized or extra luggage, let us know when booking and we will assign the right vehicle.

Pricing & Payment

How is the price calculated?

Our pricing depends on the type of service:

  • Airport Transfers: flat rate based on origin and destination (no surge pricing).
  • Hourly Service: billed per hour with a 4-hour minimum.
  • Private / Weekly: custom quote based on duration and itinerary.

All rates include fuel, driver, and gratuity. No hidden fees, no surprises.

Is gratuity included in the price?

A standard gratuity is already included in our rates. Of course, if your chauffeur has provided exceptional service, an additional tip is always appreciated but never required.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
  • Cash
  • Zelle / PayPal / Venmo (on request)
  • Corporate invoicing available for regular business clients

Payment is typically collected at the end of the ride. For large bookings (events, weekly service), a deposit may be required to secure your reservation.

Is there a price difference compared to Uber or Lyft?

What vehicles are available?

Our fleet includes premium vehicles for every occasion:

  • Premium Sprinter Van β€” for groups, corporate teams, or special events (up to 12 passengers)

All vehicles feature leather interiors, climate control, complimentary water, and phone charging ports.

Are your drivers licensed and background-checked?

Absolutely. All Bon Voyage Elite chauffeurs are:

  • Fully licensed and insured in the state of California
  • Background-checked and verified
  • Trained in professional chauffeur etiquette and client service
  • Experienced in LA & Orange County traffic and routes

Your safety and comfort are our highest priority.

Do you offer service for corporate clients?

Can I request a specific vehicle or amenities?

Yes. When booking, you can specify your vehicle preference (sedan, SUV, van). You can also request special amenities such as:

  • Specific music or temperature preferences
  • Bottled water, snacks
  • Quiet / no conversation ride
  • Meet & greet with name sign

Do you provide service for weddings and special events?

Yes! We love being part of your most special moments. We provide luxury transportation for:

  • Weddings and receptions
  • Prom nights and graduation events
  • Anniversary celebrations
  • Concert and show transfers
  • Wine tours in Temecula and Santa Barbara

We recommend booking special event transportation at least one week in advance to guarantee vehicle availability.

Policies & General

Is smoking allowed in the vehicles?

No. Smoking of any kind (including vaping and e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited in all Bon Voyage Elite vehicles. A cleaning fee may be charged if this policy is violated.

Are pets allowed?

Small pets in a carrier are generally welcome. Please notify us at the time of booking so we can assign an appropriate vehicle. A small fee may apply. Service animals are always welcome at no additional charge.

What areas do you serve?

We serve the entire greater Southern California area, including:

  • Los Angeles County: Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Hollywood, Downtown LA, Malibu, Burbank, Pasadena, Long Beach
  • Orange County: Santa Ana, Irvine, Anaheim, Newport Beach, Laguna Beach, Huntington Beach, Costa Mesa
  • Surrounding areas: San Diego, Palm Springs, Santa Barbara (on request)
What happens if I leave something in the vehicle?

If you leave an item in one of our vehicles, contact us immediately at +1 (760) 208-7571. Our drivers are instructed to check the vehicle after every ride and report any found items. We will arrange the return of your belongings as quickly as possible.

Is Bon Voyage Elite available on holidays and weekends?

Yes β€” we operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, including all holidays. Whether it's Christmas Eve, New Year's, or Thanksgiving, your chauffeur will be there on time.
